Meet Melanie
Melanie’s love for dalmatians (namely her office sidekick, Trigger) inspired her to name her business Black & White Financials. The spotted coat of her favorite breed illustrates her talent of helping overwhelmed clients see their financials more clearly in “black and white”.
Melanie resides in New Market, Maryland with her husband, Matt, son, Mathias (Ty) and dog, Trigger. She has volunteered as treasurer of the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) and is currently treasurer for her son's mountain biking team, Monocacy Composite. She also enjoys scorekeeping for Ty's high school and travel baseball teams.

Melanie spends most of her free time outdoors enjoying many leisure activities, including snowboarding, paddle-boarding, kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking.
